2024 Grand Singers and Chorale Spring Concert

“EVERYWHERE THAT YOU ARE”

Come and enjoy the Grand Singers and Chorale Spring Concert titled Everywhere That You Are!  Directed by Pamela J. Weir and accompanied by pianists Marilyn Sassman, Ruth Ann Price, with a professional band. This special event features your friends and neighbors singing beautiful choral arrangements representing where we have been at different times in our lives, where we are going and ultimately coming back to. What a beautiful country we all live in!  You will hear music from the 1940s to the 2020s!  Old favorites like “America”, “New York, New York Theme” and “What a Wonderful World” are sure to be entertaining.  You will also enjoy an arrangement of The Beatles’ “Long and Winding Road” and Carole King’s “I Feel the Earth Move”. If you’re looking for something more contemporary, you will love the moving arrangement of “The Road Not Taken” or the contemporary anthem “Homeward Bound”.  Our titled piece, “Everywhere That You Are” will include a memorial to those we have lost.
